CANCELLATION POLICY
OFF PEAK
* Cancellation outside of three (3) days prior to arrival - no cancellation fee.
* Cancellation three (3) days or less prior to arrival - one (1) nights cancellation fee per Apartment booked applies if booked outside 3 days of arrival.
* NO SHOW FEE: If cancelled on day of travel or 'No Show' - two (2) nights cancellation fee per Apartment booked applies.
PEAK
* Cancellation outside seven (7) days prior to arrival - no cancellation fee
* Cancellation seven (7) days or less prior to arrival - a maximum of up to seven (7) nights cancellation fee applies per Apartment booked if booked outside 7 days arrival.
* NO SHOW FEE: If cancelled on the day of travel or 'No Show', up to a maximum of seven (7) nights per Apartment may be charged.
SHORT STAYS
If after arrival clients 'Check Out' prior to their departure for whatever reason the amount refundable (if any), is at Management's discretion.
