CANCELLATION POLICY
The nitty gritty details...
Low Season
* Cancellation outside of three (3) days prior to arrival - no cancellation fee.
* Cancellation three (3) days or less prior to arrival - one (1) nights cancellation fee per room booked applies if booked outside 3 days of arrival.
* NO SHOW FEE: If cancelled on day of travel or 'no show' - two (2) nights cancellation fee per room booked applies.
High Season
* Cancellation outside seven (7) days prior to arrival - no cancellation fee
* Cancellation seven (7) days or less prior to arrival - a maximum of up to seven (7) nights cancellation fee applies per room booked if booked outside 7 days arrival.
* NO SHOW FEE: If cancelled on the day of travel or no show, up to a maximum of seven (7) nights per room may be charged.
* If a booking is cancelled and can be fully resold then no cancellation or no show fee is applicable
Short Stays
If after arrival clients check out for whatever reason the amount to be refunded if any, is at discretion of the Management
