Great Pyramid Race

Since its inception in 1959, this world renowned event has grown every year to a staggering 8,000 attendees in 2017. Considered the toughest race of its kind on the planet, it’s not about the time it takes to get to the top of Walsh’s Pyramid, it’s about completing the course.
The Gordonvale community come together for this event to celebrate in a Festival of activities which include pop up stalls, cultural and craft events, entertainment and music, lots of kids activities.
