Queen’s Baton Relay

Day 80 of the Queen’s Baton Relay is Thursday 15th March, the day the Baton arrives in Cairns. The relay kicks off at 7:30am near Palm Cove and ends with a visit to the Great Barrier Reef. On Day 81 Friday 16th March we are still in Cairns at the relay kicks off at 7:45am. It will travel around some of our iconic city features and for full details on where you can see the Baton, go to the Cairns Regional Councilwebsite.
At the end of Day 81 (Friday) Munro Martin Parklands will host a QBR Community Celebration. The baton is scheduled to arrive at the park around 5:30pm.
