The following Terms and Conditions apply to any accommodation bookings made directly with the Inn Cairns Boutique Apartments, either by telephone, email or through our Book Direct offers on our website.

It remains the responsibility of guests to ensure they understand the Terms and Conditions of booking directly with Inn Cairns Boutique Apartments, cancelling a direct booking as well as the special terms and conditions of any specials, offers or discounts offered on this website.

Website Specials and Offers

From time to time Inn Cairns Boutique Apartments may present a special offer for guests who Book Direct via our website. These special offers are subject to additional Terms and Conditions as outlined below:

Conditions:

• The rates are for 2 guests, extra person charge is $25 per person, per night.
• Apartments accommodate up to 4 persons.
• The price only applies to bookings made direct through the Inn Cairns Boutique Apartments website.
• Inn Cairns Boutique Apartments standard Booking Direct Cancellation Policy applies.

GENERAL TERMS:

• The Special is for one self-contained apartment with 1 or 2 people staying.
• Apartments accommodate up to 4 persons, extra person charge is $25 per person, per night.
• The Special only applies to bookings made direct through the Inn Cairns Boutique Apartments website.
• Bookings must be made and taken within the specified time and stay periods.
• Inn Cairns Boutique Apartments standard Booking Direct Cancellation Policy applies.

Direct Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellation prior to 7 days before the arrival date: The guest receives a full refund.

Cancellation within 3 days before the arrival date: The guest receives a full refund less one day’s accommodation calculated at the daily rate used to make the booking.

Cancellation on or after the arrival date for bookings 1 to 7 nights: There is no refund and Inn Cairns retains the full amount of the booking.

Cancellation on or after the arrival date for bookings 8 nights or more: Inn Cairns retains payment for the first 7 night’s accommodation and refunds the remainder.
